Stand out with a 24kt gold finish.
When your item arrives we will inspect it and confirm our provisional estimate. Depending on what we find we may have to offer you a revised costing. If you are happy to accept our final quote we would ask you to make your payment, together with any return postal costs. We will also inform you at this point if your item has been damaged in transit.
Enclose your name, return address and post code together with a land line telephone number and an email address. Please include any instructions regarding your preferred method of return postage.
Consider using Royal Mail ‘signed for’ postal insurance services, especially with expensive items or items of sentimental value. For your convenience www.royalmail.com may offer a free collection service. There is no need to include return postage costs if you intend using this method.

Gold stands the test of time.
We will individually wrap your items and surround them with newspaper or bubble wrap to offer maximum protection. Since we are unable to accept responsibility for damages occurring while your item is in the postal system, please take extra care when packaging to avoid disappointment.
Our customers can expect individual items to be returned within fourteen days from receipt of cleared funds. However we are usually able to complete works within seven days and in any case we will always return your items as quickly as possible.
Since we also operate fully portable plating services we are often out and therefore visiting our workshop is strictly by prior arrangement only.
Please be aware we will not carry out any electroplating works without your detailed instructions and express permission.
